About Tim Krushensky

Golden Key Property Management is built on deep local roots and decades of hands-on experience in Gallatin County. Owner Tim Krushensky is a fifth-generation Montana native who has spent his life working, raising a family, and building businesses in the Bozeman area.

Tim and his wife Amy, also a fourth-generation local, have been married for more than 27 years and have raised three children and a grandson here. Together, they have operated a successful cleaning company since 1999, and more recently a bookkeeping and business consulting company serving local clients.

With more than 35 years of experience purchasing and renting homes, Tim brings a practical, owner-focused perspective to property management. As a licensed Montana property manager, he helps clients care for rental investments while navigating the Bozeman and Gallatin County market with confidence.
